Expo 2007 International is to commence from the 19th
to 22nd of January, at
Garment Technology Expo 2007
International, India Expo Centre, Expo XXI, New Delhi, Greater

Come January, and it is the time for the
most awaited fashion fiesta of the year, the
Hong Kong Fashion Week for Fall/
Winter & World Boutique, Hong Kong, which will be staged
concurrently at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
between January 15 -18, 2007.
The year 2007 will mark its 38th
edition. The exposition, backed by a proud history, is organized
by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council.
Every year fashion lovers and
industry players throng in large numbers to this international
fashion and style extravaganza. This year the fair is expected
to attract around 1,300 exhibitors from 25 countries and regions
to showcase the latest fashion trend. Industry buyers can source
a wide range of fashion items and accessories at the event,
including sportswear, lingerie, handbags, fabrics, buttons and
many more.
The debut of three new zones, will
add zest to this edition of the fair. The three new zones are,
Spice Arena highlighting fashion accessories including hats,
shoes, and ladies’ scarves and handbags, Infant & Children’s
Wear Zone reflecting the growing importance of the younger
market with clothing for babies and kids, and Emporium de Mode,
where the booths will be decorated in an elegant style to
showcase quality clothing’s with unique designs.
IGATEX INDIA
2007-
One
stop for techno sourcing

technological expertise, is IGATEX India 2007, the International
Garment, Textile & Leather Machinery, Accessories and Fabrics
exhibition, which is to be held from the 11th of
January 2007 at Bombay Exhibition Centre, Goregaon. The four day
event by the Economic Times TextileTech & GarmenTech 2007 (ET
TGTECH 2007) which incorporates IGATEX 2007, promises be the
converging point for numerous fields in the textile & garment
industry, making it a holistic event for the industry that is
throbbing with prosperity of growth and investments.
The exhibition will provide a
perfect platform for the best in textile and garment machinery /
equipment, spare parts and accessories, software for textile and
garment design; data monitoring, controlling and processing
(CAD/CAM/CIM), related materials and products, trade services
and others.
ModaPrime
International
The emerging
convention for organized distribution.
The 61st edition of ModaPrima, will be held from the 26th to the 28th of November.
The event is at Fiera Milano city, at the Mic Milano Convention Centre area in Via
Gattamelata, 5, and will present a complete preview of the trends for
Autumn/Winter 2007-2008 as well as flashes of the Spring/Summer 2007 collection.
This international exhibition of fashion collections and accessories is dedicated
to organized distribution, large-scale retail stores, retail chains, importers and
wholesalers, where qualified producers of fashion and accessories collections for
men and women display their exhibits. Participants are companies that create
clothing and accessory collections for women, men and children for private labels,
programmed fashion and ready-to-wear clothing. These are mainly unbranded, made in
Italy trends.
The display at the exhibition appeals to most innovative distribution buyers, a
great many of them who come from abroad. Thus ModaPrima has become a strategic
convention for Italian and foreign buyers, in which they discover products that

TEXMAC INDIA 2007
The Mega
Machinery Exposition
The first
International Textile Machinery Exhibition, TEXMAC INDIA 2007,
is to take place at the Pragati Maidan Exhibition Centre from 17
- 20 January 2007. The four-day
international trade fair will present a platform, for
exhibition of all the latest products in the textile machinery
industry.
Product
categories of Texmac will include washing, bleaching, dyeing,
printing and finishing machinery, spinning machinery, weaving,
machinery, knitting machinery, non-woven machinery, other
machinery; making-up machinery and their accessories; software;
testing equipment; dyestuffs and chemicals; associated goods and
services; technical information sources; transport and handling
machinery; equipment for recycling.
